Manchester City's Joleon Lescott has declared that he does not feel threatened by John Terry's desire to play for England again and that the Chelsea player has not been enjoying enough for his club to be always a shoo-in for Roy Hodgson. Lescott, amazing against Andy Carroll's actual aerial risk in Saturday's defeat of West Ham, which was a good result by City with their dethronement as champions, said his omission from Hodgson's initial England squad last month might force him to keep for a team where he gets more begins next year. But Terry has been unable to push herself into Rafael Benitez's starting line-up for the high-pressure games, because he has been unable to perform each portion of a multi-stage restoration program, agreed with the temporary Chelsea manager, after keeping a leg injury. "No disrespect to him but he has not played that much for his team either," Lescott said of Terry. "Probably there's only [Everton's] Phil Jagielka [of the England centre-halves] who is playing regularly for his membership right now. There's several of us who can play there who aren't playing regularly due to their groups but have given a great account of ourselves." Lescott has started 20 games in 2013, 14 in the Premier League. Terry, has begun 21, eight in the Premier League. "[Terry's purposes are] certainly not [going to influence me]. It's up to John," Lescott said. "I feel if I am playing at a frequent amount my place can be retained by me in the [England] team. I am sure John feels the same." Lescott, who has 26 international limits, said the England equation did come into his considering where he'd be next time, specially since he was omitted from the original squad to manage San Marino and Montenegro, having played every game in last summer's European Championships. "It will be difficult to have another season like this," he said. "I have only started 15 approximately games and that is maybe not great starting some Sort Of Cup. It would be a tiny bit easier if my invest the team was protected at global level then. I just got within the last group automatically. It made me know I must come to a decision and it needs to function as proper one for my job. You can't be prepared to play for England if you're not playing for your club. I realize that I'm not playing as regularly in the England side because I am not playing regularly at membership level." Lescott fundamentally filled set for Hodgson in that last international round and captained the medial side in the 8-0 get over San Marino a' an "emotional rollercoaster over that week", as he explained it. The opponent has always sent for City manager Roberto Mancini when given the chance this year, and has always expressed a desire for an extension to the contract which can be going to enter its final year. "I had want to remain here but when it is never to be, then so be it," he said. "If I could say I have gained two FA Cups, the Premier League and a Community Shield within my time at City, then it would perhaps not be too bad would it?" Objectives by Sergio Aguero and Yaya TourA set up City's 2-1 win over the Hammers. John Allardyce's side were anonymous for 45 minutes before Carroll's goal at the death, which came after Joe Hart fumbled the ball minutes after suffering a back spasm. Hart would punish herself for the error, despite being wounded at the time, Lescott said.
