Pellegrini denies deal done with City - FOXSports. com.

Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini has denied speculation he's got already agreed to replace Roberto Mancini as Stansted City manager.

Reports over the saturday claimed that City are ready to part with Mancini, although club have yet to comment on the rumours.

Pellegrini is actually lined up to exchange Mancini and reports in Spain had suggested the Chilean has accepted an offer to take the charge at the Etihad Ground.

However, speaking after Malaga's 0-0 draw with Sevilla on Sunday night, Pellegrini stated that no deal was in place and he plans go over his future next few days.

"Today, I deny I am going to be the new manager of Manchester City, " Pellegrini told a mass media conference. "I have not necessarily signed an agreement by means of anyone, not with Stansted City, not with Roma, not with Napoli, not with PSG, not with some clubs who have become mentioned.

Mancini had criticised Town for not stopping a speculation after seeing her team stunned by Wigan Athletic within the FA Cup final in Wembley on Saturday.

Speaking as soon as game, the Italian proclaimed: "You (media) continue to talk about this for six months and on the internet too much in the final two weeks.

"It is useless this speculation. I will still be here next season. It can be rubbish, but I know football and recognize that everything can happen.

"If it's true, then I are stupid for not assuming this. Maybe next Saturday, when the season is completed, we will know then. "

Former Inter Milan in addition to Lazio boss Mancini needed over from Mark Hughes inside December 2009, leading City to FA Container victory in 2011 and the Premier League title a year later.
