The Blues had reportedly been preparing a huge £50million offer in an attempt to lure the Brazil sensation away from the Nou Camp.
However, the Santos forward appeared to snub interest from City by claiming: "I dream of playing for a big club like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea".
Amid rumours that he has already signed a pre-contract agreement to sign for Barcelona after the 2014 World Cup, reports again surfaced last week that his representatives have met with the Catalan club to discuss his future.

However, the Brazil international insists he is happy to remain at Santos and reiterated he will decide on his future when the time is right.
