Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama asserts he'll remain at the club come early july despite attention from the variety of clubs, including Premier League winner Manchester United. The 21-year-old has been in form this year, including an excellent performance in the Champions League success over Barcelona, and has been nominated for the Scottish PFA Young Player of the Entire Year award. Wanyama's current cope with Celtic expires in June 2015, and discussions on an extension delayed in the fall. But regardless of the interest from Sir Alex Ferguson's side, the Kenya international says he will stay put and repay manager Neil Lennon for having faith in him. "Will I be described as a Celtic person next season? Of course, I'm happy and I like it only at Celtic," said Wanyama. "So I'll be here next season. "I haven't really spoken to my agent since I have been playing basketball and I'm not considering leaving or having talks. I'm perhaps not concerned, I feel I'm in the proper club and I am happy. "It is been good, the director has given the chance to me to show myself and for that I am grateful. I am happy and want to do my most readily useful and attempt to pay the manager back for the faith he's found in me because he has done a lot for the team".
