Here's the question heading in to the 2012-13 season: Will the state of Kentucky let some other person get the title? Judging by what Louisville has coming right back and what Kentucky has coming in, it is planning to be hard to ruin the leadership of the bluegrass state. The main one lesson we did understand earlier this period is that John Calipari's one-and-done philosophy may go splat. We are also starting to understand that the mid-majors are not going anyplace, and yes, that contains Gonzaga. (Cue angry "overrated" chant.) Piecing together ranks at this time is just a guessing game since it is still waaaay early. We don't know who will go professional and who'll return. Transactions might still occur. The Andrew Wiggins contests continues to be undecided. So, with all of those caveats out of the way, listed here are your 2013-14 preseason ratings.
